This project was the removal and replacement of the central domestic hot water plant serving Regions Hospital. The original existing (4) 1,000 gallon steam to hot water storage tanks were removed and replaced with new high efficiency steam to domestic hot water and district energy to domestic hot water heaters. All this work was completed while the minimizing domestic water supply to operational hospital.

This project was the interior gut and renovation of an existing 3-story, 24,000 sqft building. Nasseff was awarded the remodel of new building for the South St Paul School District. The project consists of a gut of the existing mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system and installation of new updated systems.

The project consisted of a 37,228 sq. ft. addition of classrooms and gymnasium to the existing school. Nasseff Mechanical was hired to provide a mechanical design build for the new St Agnes School addition. We worked with the construction team and owner during pre-construction to keep the project within budget and give the owners the end results they were expecting.

The project consisted of a ground up build of a training center for the St Paul Police. Nasseff was brought into the project early to help budget the plumbing, HVAC and fire protection the project. We were able to help keep the project within budget and still give the owners the results they desired.

This project was a complete demo and renovation of the United Hospital surgical area, PACU and associated “soft” spaces. Overall (22) OR’s were reduced to (19) OR’s, (16) of which were brand new. This project was completed in (4) phases where we were required to keep (15) OR’s operational at all times. This project required a full time, onsite draftsman to keep coordination up to date with installation. Nasseff assisted in identifying, coordinating and installation of temporary mechanical services to keep surgical areas working while the remodel took place in adjacent spaces.

When Nasseff Plumbing became Nasseff Mechanical one of the first tasks for the revised company was to provide HVAC & Mechanical Service for then Rock-Tenn. After proving to Rock-Tenn the value Nasseff brought to the mill, we were hired to provide all Fire Protection services at the Mill. In 2016, Nasseff took over the daily pipe fitting services for the mill to provide a complete mechanical package.
