Warranty Policy
Nasseff Mechanical Contractors, Inc. hereby warrants to the Owner that the equipment and workmanship we have furnished and installed according to the mechanical plans and specifications and applicable codes.
For a period of one year from the Date of Work, Nasseff Mechanical Contractors, Inc. will remedy any defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship.
The owner agrees to give Nasseff Mechanical Contractors, Inc. prompt notice of any defects observed within the period of this warranty and Nasseff Mechanical Contractors Inc. agrees to make any required corrections promptly and without due delay.
This warranty is void for any situation where Nasseff Mechanical Contractors, Inc. determines abuse, misuse or lack of required routine maintenance to be the cause of failure, defect or problem. If any person, firm, or corporation other than Nasseff Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has, since the completion of the above work, performed or attempted to perform any repairs to the equipment or materials then this warranty may become null and void.
We assign and pass through to you the manufacturer’s warranties on all equipment.
