This project encompassed building a 60,000 sq. ft. addition while also remodeling internal areas of Mercy Hospital. As a part of this project, we were required to coordinate with existing services for extension of services for the new building. Nasseff provided the mechanical services for building out new OR’s along with patient rooms and all of the associated soft areas.
