Nasseff was tasked with providing a new piping system in the existing (114) senior living facility. After it was determined a 4-pipe system was not feasible, installation of a new Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling system was proposed. This project was completing without having to displace any of the existing residents allowing the facility to stay fully functional. The new system saved the facility approximately 48% in gas costs and 13% in electrical costs in the 1st year.
